Appears to be a holding area for refugees. Lots of men hanging out all day in the lobby and hallways. This is not noted anywhere and I believe most people would like to know. Old outdated rooms. Worst view from a window I’ve ever seen. Had a door to the next room that could be partially opened and did nothing to damper the sound. Only giving an extra star because the shuttle driver and reception were helpful.

Stayed before flying south. Parked or car there for the 3 weeks. Used their shuttle to the airport. Snowstorm when we returned so the shuttle was delayed about 40 minutes picking us up, but he did make it. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.

Overall rating for this hotel is a 1, though want to be super clear that the front desk staff and shuttle drivers were great. But damn. The hotel must have been having plumbing issues when we were there are the toilet was plugged and the bathtub backed up when showering. Also not a fan of the AC/ fan unit that is loud and constantly turning on and off. The only way to override this is to unplug it at the wall. And, having just arrived from Europe, was shocked at what you get for the price. It was over $200 for being near-ish the airport, but compared to what you get for the same price in Barcelona and Porto - this is a disaster. Dark lobby, blinding neon lights in the rooms, very dated rooms and bathroom fixtures, a sad cellophane wrapped bar of soap as the amenity. Airport hotels- you can do better.

Absolutely horrible staff. This place is the farthest thing from kid friendly I've ever seen. We were observing the pond (which security told me was contaminated with salmonella) and my son was really enjoying himself. We were peaceful and waving and blowing kisses to the fish and turtles. My son yelled from joy ONCE as he was running and immediately the desk clerk yelled at me that he was too loud, when it was clear to any sane person I was already redirecting him. The security yelled at my child as well the day we arrived, again for something I already was handling. When I asked the security guard to address ME instead of my child, he became hostile and offensive. Obviously without context it sounds like my child was being awful, but genuinely he was being lovely. All of this, on top of the fact the housekeeper walked in on me breastfeeding and didn't leave the room until I had to tell her more than 3 times to leave. Disgusting place, honestly. Smells like feet in our room, as well as clearly never-been-washed rug stains all over.

It was good. Did the job providing a bed when I needed to stay the night from a cancelled flight. A bit strange that the second bed was on the ground but it was just me so I didn't care. I was concerned from all the bed bug reviews but my room was just fine. (I checked to make sure) EDIT: Their shuttle driver was a nutcase though, made me feel unsafe with his talk of the four horsemen coming and his obsession with "US family values" (aka the bigotry parts of it). Started ranting about Jesus. Don't ride the shuttle if you can avoid it.
