This place was extremely disturbing. It was filthy everywhere. We booked non smoking rooms but every room we entered smelled like someone just finished smoking. The smell was so bad no matter how much perfume we sprayed it still smelled bad. It was actually so nasty inside too, the furniture was all broken or dirty as if it hadn’t been cleaned for months. Some of the bed sheets had some holes in it as well. I was scared to touch anything here, it doesn’t even look like they tried to make it look good. If you want to stay in smelly, nasty, disgusting, and dirty place book here then.

While traveling to the hotel, we encountered bad weather, traffic, and many other slow downs. I called the hotel to let them know we were on the way but that we'd be late arriving. The person who answered the phone sounded very put out and told me I should hurry and try to get there as soon as possible but that he'd let them know. The room was clean but the maintenance status of the property left a great deal to be desired. All of the fixtures and finishes were in a desperate state of disrepair. In the morning, we went down for breakfast to find that one of the front desk staff had brought his two teenage boys to work with him. They monopolized the two waffle machines making stacks of waffles for themselves while paying guests angrily waited in line to have a turn. The burnt coffee was little consolation during the wait, and one wondered how to eat the waffle in the end because the teenage boys stood fondling the plastic cutlery while they waited for their waffles to be done. Fortunately, my stay here was only one night. Good bye Quality Inn.

1. at check in time 2pm our room was not ready. Was given another room. 2. the next room the tv channels were not set up. 3. bath tub was a little rusty and stained. 4. every time the tv was turned off, it had to be reprogrammed. 5. There is no swimming pool. They need to update their website. Told no swimming pool for 8 years. picture of swimming pool on website. 6. piles of old furniture, mattress and broken furniture in the middle of the parking lot due to renovation. They could have had a dumpster. 7 Free breakfast was ok. personnel helpful and beds were comfortable. 8. next to highway, so highway noise, but overall quiet and felt relatively safe.

Avoid at all cost! Stayed there after work around 8pm, they had bananas and apples inside the lobby, I asked for a banana since they were laying out, since the lobby door was closed they said no, came back about 5 mins, after putting my bag in the room. Only to see like 4 people of the opposite race, just a snacking away. I then went to go ask, the guy literally behind bullet proof glass at the registration desk, as I ask him he just leaves the registration desk, while people who were definitely not staff , just hitting away smiling at me. So please avoid at all cost
