Very good location 👍just walking distance to the famous "BUI VIEN Walking Street"👍...Room very clean👍. Staff very helpful and friendly 👍.. Definitely will choose this hotel again if visit Ho Chi Minh City again.. Also very reasonable price👍😀

I really liked the place- very clean, mattress comfortable, shower worked well and had hot water. One small issue was the pillow- so hard and flat. And the main issue was the lack of sleep because of the cat, that I'm assuming belongs to the owner. Every single night it would start making these seriously loud and strange noises from 2am until the early morning. It was so disruptive! I got such little sleep in 3 nights! I would avoid for this reason.

Great and cheap place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City. It is very close to the main walking tourist street full of bars, clubs and food. Nevertheless, the place is in a side street and therefore it's quiet and no noise while sleeping. The landlord is super sweet and helpful. You can also buy various tours at the reception. There is an elevator on a hallway and air conditioning in the rooms. Rooms are small but clean and the amenities are sufficient for the low price. A good place for basic sleep.

Great hotel, it's really clean and well cared for a homestay, but is as good as a hotel. Only problem: It's on the party street. If you like partying every night, this is the best place to stay. Otherwise, still perfect for normal stays if you stay out of the streets by evening. For the heavy drinkers out there: As long as you use common sense when you return to the hotel (ie. Not trash your room or abuse the family that runs it and pay for your stay), your stay will be good.
