We were two adults with dog and found this great hotel in the right location for us. Clean, well organized, very friendly service and spacious room at fair price. Location a bit isolated. Typical seminar and event hotel. Loved the bar with the self-service shelve for sandwiches and beverages right next to it. Not a downtown boutique hotel but still a very good pick. Looking forward to next stay.

Great stay we had! :) all the staff in the hotel were amazing. That is very important to me. Everyone was helpful and smiling. Rooms were clean and nice and spacious. Food was amazing. The only thing I could mention to be improved is the access to the hotel (too dark and should have signs to show clients were to go, as you can easily get lost), but that is something that takes time to improve and I understand that. Thank you for a lovely stay! :)))

This hotel is beautiful, it’s clean and well decorated, modern and smart. Our bedroom was spacious and had a balcony too. Very Morden room and bathroom too. Large walk in wardrobe. Plenty of mirrors! Our bed was huge and so so comfy with perfect pillows too. When we arrived we noticed that our bedroom safe was not working properly. We had to ask 3 times for this to be fixed and it took into our second day for this to be sorted. All staff were so welcoming and helpful towards us and helped us plan our quickest journeys into the centre of Milan. Unfortunately the hotel is not central to Milan however it took us about 20/25 minutes on the tram which is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is also situated in a quiet dark place when walking back at night which did make us feel a little vulnerable when we first made the walk back to the hotel. Breakfast was perfect in every way. Massive choice of fresh food and drinks for us. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff, comfort, and breakfast were all satisfactory but the hotel's location was inconvenient for business meetings and city visits in Milan. Despite advertising a shuttle service, they claimed not to have one upon arrival. Instead, they arranged expensive transportation through the same person, charging nearly 9 euros for a 1 km taxi ride to the tramway station. What's even more concerning is the lack of street lighting around the area, making returning to the hotel at night unsafe. Even security concerns when I returned to find my door left open after cleaning. These issues made my stay far from satisfactory.

My family and I really enjoyed our time here. The staff were great and really accommodating. The room we had was clean and we were upgraded from a junior suite to a regular suite. The breakfast each morning was really good. The food in general was really good (pizza at the bar, and the food at the restaurant). The only thing you may want to consider is the location. You will have to do a little walking to get to shops and restaurants nearby. Since my wife has mobility issues, taxis and Uber were a must for us. Also, I prefer to use apps to catch taxis and had a bit of a hard time for whatever reason. The staff was more than willing to call one for us and they came quickly that way. Those are such minor issues compared to the benefits we experienced staying here and the reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone who plans to stay in Milan. This place was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Thank you for a great stay!
