Loved this place. The roof top is unreal - literally everything is perfect, the security and team are nice. Our room was clean, modern and had the best shower pressure I’ve ever had in my life! Having a gym is at the hotel is also a nice touch however the machines aren’t the best but can’t fault a free included gym eh!

I stayed 3 night there, nice apartment, cozy, nice bed, clean, quiet neighborhood, roof top pool with amazing view. Nearly by local market and few restaurants or coffee shops, close to the centre(with tuktuk), nice stuff and helpful, recommended 10/10.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We were robbed by the cleaners and the hotel did nothing to compensate. Additionally the room was left dirty full on ants. One of the rooms air-conditioning units did not work (despite asking 3-4 times for it to be fixed) meaning a whole room and bed was unusable and one guest had to sleep on the couch. On arrival to the room one glass was cracked and broken which we told the manager. We were then told we had to pay to compensate the broken glass, which we had not even broken. Overall horrific stay which ruined our time in Phnom Penh, the staff made no efforts to apologise for any of the problems, even laughing at us when we reported that our money had been stolen. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

DO NOT STAY HERE. Our stay was ruined by the hotel cleaners who rooted through all of our bags to steal our money. When we informed the manager that our money had been stolen they refused to help going as far as to laugh at us and accuse us of loosing the money ourself. When we arrived the room was dirty, the kitchen was poorly equipped not even having any knives. The air conditioning did not work and despite repeated asks to fix it they did not meaning that one of the guests had to sleep on the couch. The washing machine leaked all over the kitchen. One of the glasses was broken when we arrived which we informed the staff of but they still tried to demand we pay for it when leaving. The staff were rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. This horrific hotel ruined our stay in Phnom Penh and I would highly discourage anyone from staying here.
