I cannot see why this place does not get high ratings! I stayed for five nights and it was amazing. The service and location were perfect also the appt size was unbelievable! If you want a place to have good sleep this's definitely the one. Yes it's not close to any underground station but it's only 10 mins and walking is perfect in London I agree that upper floor may cause some noise but for me wasn't an issue! I would stay here again rather than paying mu budget to five stars hotels in London Anka the reception was amazing and so helpful. I recommend the stay here.

Serviced apartments near Hyde Park. Studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom flats are available. Staff is very friendly and will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Building is approx 10 minutes walk to South Kensington tube station and also Gloucester Road station. Royal Albert Hall is a short walk away. Plenty of restaurants and shops are about 10 minutes walk from the building.

This property is refusing to refund my stay from May 9th despite the UK imposing a quarantine period from any overseas visitors (I would be visiting from Australia) Tripadvisor and expedia are also showing the hotel is closed until 1st July. As they are unable to provide the dates I paid for I should be getting a 100% refund.
