Shout out to Henrietta, front desk staff who was super amazing. I just came off a long haul flight and super jet-lagged. I landed at the Airport at 0730am and my check-in at Quest was not until 3pm. Arrived at Quest around 9am. I cannot describe how empathic Henrietta was. She put my bags in safe storage and promised to ring me when my room was cleaned and available and would try to get me in as early as possible. She even gave me details of nearby restaurants where I can go for breakfast. By 0950am, she rang to let me know my room was ready and I could check in early. What a life saver! Thank you Henrietta. I will definitely come back. For anyone reading and wondering about the quality of the room and facilities itself, I can tell you unequivocally that it is fantastic. The bed was super comfy and my apartment was clean throughout. The shower pressure was excellent and it was exactly what I needed. Thank you.

It was my first time in Melbourne and after the treatment I received from the lovely receptionists, I will definitely come back & stay here again. My husband & I had come from another hotel & had the worst experience ever. We ended up checking out early due to the room being so small like a shoebox, bad customer service, feeling claustrophobic with no window you can open so the air con was on 24/7 (which made us sick) & it was stressful being 7 months pregnant & experiencing that. We researched to stay at another hotel & found the Quest. We checked in & we were upgraded to a room with a balcony- we were so relieved. The room was affordable, so spacious- there was a kitchen, bathroom with a washing machine & dryer, a dining table, tv & couch. The room was so spacious, neat & clean! The ladies in reception were so friendly, accomodating, kind & helpful. The customer service at the Quest was so amazing & I will definitely stay here again because of the great customer service, clean & spacious rooms. Thank you so much for the lovely receptionists who made our stay relaxing, not stressful & enjoyable after a traumatic experience with the previous hotel.

I left this morning and extremely happy. They had the best customer service, nice, friendly and willing to help in anyway. Rooms are big, clean and have everything one may need. It’s our second time staying there with the family and we will definitely be back there again when visiting Melbourne.

We loved our stay here! Exceptional service at check-in, so friendly and welcoming. The apartment is spacious, clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed. Extra bonus was the free shuttle we took to a nearby restaurant. For snacks and breakfast, there's supplies in reception you can purchase. Suited us perfectly! Free shuttle to the airport much appreciated. Thanks to your lovely team for making our stay so enjoyable.
