The best view and the fastest service. A stunning building with cool amenities. Thick walls, so no unwanted noise from neighbours. The Elgin & Winter Garden Theatre is right next door. The TTC is literally two steps away. The new delivery system is fast and effective. I love it here.

I've lived here for a year and had a great experience. The location is smack in the middle of the action, views of the city are breathtaking for city lovers and the concierge is very helpful. Amanat is always lovely, helpful and accommodating making me feel like I'm in good hands and right at home, she deserves a raise.

This building has the best service I’ve ever experienced. The front desk staff will always greet you with a smile. Amanat and Ritika always provide immediate answers and ensure all my needs are met.

One of the worst management companies in the world. I know people usually complain about everything… but this is so bad I have to warn everyone who is considering living here. Rude staff. Lazy staff. On top of that, they will lie to your face. The parking system constantly goes down, and the security guards never want to call and request remote support. When you ask them for anything, they always make up some excuse on why they can’t do it, and to wait another 15 minutes. They say it’s only been 5 mins… 10 mins ago… I was able to go up, microwave a snack and come back down in the time of only 5 mins with crowded elevators? The microwave itself took 3! The car system honestly is the worst software ever. Even when it works it take avg 10-20 mins to get your car out. If there’s a line… good luck. Might as well wait upstairs and come back after a some Netflix. Condo board… I know you’re made up mostly of investors… but please hire a new management team…

I moved in this building last year and apart for the elevators, I like this place. The view from my condo is great(Yonge-Dundas Sqaure) and it's located in the core of downtown, just 30 seconds from Eaton mall and Queen subway & the path. The concierge are nice enough and I never had any issue with my Amazon deliveries. The building management however has been lying about when they are going to open the gym which is frustrating.
