The unit I stayed in was in great shape and represented excellent value even for out of season rates. Despite many complaints about check-in procedures being difficult, I found it all to be very convenient. I received a detailed email on the process 48 hours before check-in which made everything clear, including details for the suitably fast wifi. Service was excellent and very responsive; I accidentally pocket-dialled and hung up before anyone picked up and got a call back within 5 minutes to confirm that all was well. Maybe it's not ideal for someone who prefers a traditional check-in counter but I found it to be very simple. I'm not sure if the value is the same with in-season rates but I'll be checking.

Air conditioning didn't work. Small and suffocating unit but great location. Door would only lock after a great deal of efforts. QuickStay staff were not responsive and told me the reason the AC didn't work was because there were too many old people in the building. What nonsense!

it is too much work after ur booking! price is not cheaper than hotel but you have to wait receive address with long writing... rules , code, buzz, , send documents (if the computer program not recognize UR scan documents? strength). you have to send text message to CHECK IN & OUT with Ur phone (if you r a traveler without phone, and not internet?) . Also the neighbor walk with high shoes in midnight , you will not have a good sleep
