Great location… quiet but easy to walk to nearby places for restaurants, attractions, train stop. Housekeepers are old so they will not do your bed. They will just refill amenities and that’s it. So, have to keep your own room clean.

Room was spacious with separate toilet and shower room. Only one problem we noticed was the elevator. which was closing its door so quickly that we couldn't properly get in there with our luggage and the door hurt my arm. Every time we used the elevator same problem occurred.

Food is cold and 👎. Lift doors also just close without any warning even tho pressing open button which makes it unconvenient if have luggages in the lift and have to push it. And a standard thing like making bed must still put card or they wont clean. Other than that all ok i guess

I was badly treated by the receptionist. He even scold at me! I was so angry of that man which is ever happened in my life! I even want to leave immediately but 11pm is very difficult to book other hotel. I really can’t understand his wired mandarin. And he angrily replied me that he can only speak mandarin and Japanese which he didn’t find any solution of our communication. Also the hotel room is too molded and dirty! Which make my husband asthma happened! And I cough seriously throughout the night. This is my first time to having cough because of the rooms! Also, I found that this hotel doesn’t provide bicycle which agoda mention !! That is supposed the main reason which attracted to me to book! Anyway, it is the worst experience for my trip!!!!!!

Hotel just down the street from both the main area of Sapporo and the red light district. Nothing dangerous just be aware if you stay here what you will be crossing through. Close to multiple public transit options and has 2 convenience stores across the street from it. Our room was a little hot. The hotel had it in winter mode and all we could do was turn on a fan to mix in room temperature air. No ability to crack a window or anything so the circulation was poor. This caused a lot of condensation on the window area that created a puddle of water at the bottom of the window. I woke up with fuzzy eyes every morning and staying in there too long made me lethargic. Even just stepping out into the hallway had a noticeable temperature difference. With 3 people in the room and showers going it was a bit warm for my tastes
