Oh, darling, I could talk for hours about the Radisson Blu Hotel. From the moment we stepped inside, we were enveloped in luxury and elegance. The room was beautifully appointed with modern amenities and a breathtaking view. The staff, oh, the staff! They were simply impeccable—attentive, professional, and always ready to cater to our every need. The dining experience was a culinary delight. The restaurant offered an array of delectable dishes that satisfied our senses and left us longing for more. The ambiance was enchanting, and it truly felt like a gastronomic journey. The location of the hotel was ideal, allowing us to explore the city with ease and return to a haven of comfort at the end of each day. I must say, the Radisson Blu Hotel provided us with an unforgettable stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone seeking a truly luxurious and memorable experience.

Extremely poor service. There is a club outside the hotel which is loud and disruptive to guests. When we approached the reception to change rooms, they were unfriendly and acted arrogantly. They even dismissively cut a call which I made from my room. The room was changed after numerous calls and requests. The room was also untidy and in need of renovation. The sewage disposal was problematic and gave of an awful smell. Definitely would not recommend.

HORRIBLE HOTLEL and STAFF. I stayed there ed of December 2023, after I checked out - I had me coffee at their bar where I forgot my coat. I didn’t realize I forgot my coat until I departed the hotel. I called the hotel and the bar waitress confirmed she gave the coat to their lost & found department and will be ready for me when I come to lock it up. I came back 2 hrs later to get the jacket, the waitress confirmed she gave the coat to lost and found and directed me to the manager on duty to get it for me. For 2 hours I waited for them to bring the coat. Finally after 2 and half hours of searching for the coat that they gave it to wrong guest and they made up a story that they tracked the guest and she is travelling and will mail it to them and they will ship it to me. The manager on duty NEVER offered to compensate me for their mistake, the 3 hours by then been waiting while they all are aware from the beginning that they screwed up, NEVER offered to make it right. 3 weeks now and I still haven’t received my Chanel Coat or any compensation or even a proper apology. Will NEVER stay there and wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit

We stayed here as a quick pit stop as we landed super late and wanted a hotel close to the airport. Service: we had few interactions with the staff but check in staff were very friendly and efficient Accommodation: the beds were comfortable and the room temperature could be controlled. The shower tub was way too slippery. The hotel shared spaces are nice and look really fancy but the rooms didn’t meet those same expectations. Food: we had breakfast at the hotel before we left and they had a pretty large selection of options. The food also tasted pretty good and was a mix of local and continental cuisine.
