I stayed in the Radisson for one night during a layover in Gdańsk. The location is perfect to see the old town of Gdańsk. Everything is pretty much within walking distance. There are several restaurants and bars around as well. The hotel is very nice and the people provide great service. Also the breakfast was very good, which is something that is important for me. During my first day I spent a bit of time at the bar which was served by Jakub. He’s a local and was able to share some interesting information about Gdańsk and provided a great service! I really enjoyed my short stay and surely recommend this hotel 😀

3.95/5. Currently staying for the weekend and inclined to leave a review because the check-in experience was so sub-par. Piotr was so sullen and unhelpful, almost to the point of rudeness. Our flight was delayed over an hour, so we arrived late at night. He did not greet us, only demanded our passports. We’d booked a premium room with a king size bed. He mumbled something and passed us the room key. The writing was so scrawled we had to ask what number it was. He gave us no directions and we had to ask where to go. We opened the room to find two twin beds. We returned to reception to ask if we could have a room with a king bed to be told there were no rooms available, even to upgrade. He said housekeeping could push the beds together and we could wait in the bar. After 30 minutes, at 1am, we checked reception to find no one there. He didn’t even bother to tell us the room was ready. We’re finding the two single duvets not to our taste. Would prefer one whole king size duvet. Piotr needs retraining in customer service. There was no hot water at 9am the next morning. In line with other reviews, this is not a 5 star hotel. It’s well situated for old town and adequately comfortable. Would not return.

Thank you for hosting us at Radisson Blu through POT. It was the most comfortable stay we have experienced in a long time. The room was just perfect with the most comfortable beds. The location is something we could not have asked for anything better. Right in the centre of historic town. The staff was very pleasing and always ready to help. The breakfast was amazing and catered to very pallet. The service was impeccable. This is something I believe comes from the top management. This could not been possible without both of you. During my promotion of tourism from India to Poland, I will definitely recommend that they stay at your hotel to experience the unmatched hospitality you offer. Thank you once again for our stay and look forward to visiting again in the near future.

Nice hotel, we stayed here for a weekend getaway. It has 5 stars, but it didn't feel like it. The room was nice, but lacked a bit. Like the bathroom had quite a basic shower, although really big, the room felt quite boring as well. No toothbrushes or toothpaste. We could also hear our neighbours talking even if they weren't being loud. The staff was good, but not quite as serviceminded as you would expect. Also there was a conference there during our stay, which meant we couldn't use the bar.

We booked a large family suite at the Radisson Blu hotel for 500 euros for one night. Upon arrival, we were informed that the suite was unavailable due to an alleged accident. Instead, we were given two connected standard rooms that were subpar and unwelcoming. Despite this disappointment, we attempted to use the hotel's swimming pool, which incurred an additional charge not mentioned beforehand. Moreover, the promised rooftop breakfast and other suite privileges were denied to us because of the downgrade. Our complaints to the unfriendly and unhelpful staff were met with dismissive responses. The rooms we were given were not worth the price we paid, and the overall treatment was disrespectful and humiliating. The service of Radisson feels more like a punishment. Feeling shocked and upset, we decided to leave without staying the night. Returning home, we found solace in our comfortable house, appreciating it more than ever. However, this experience has deeply upset my wife, who rarely shows such emotions. While the money is insignificant to me, the emotional distress caused to my wife is for me unforgivable.
