Main thing to note about this hotel is that it really needs modernisation. Communal areas and breakfast area is clean and modern. The room itself though was not as good. I can’t complain about the quality of sleep, because the bed was Radisson Blu high quality bedding and comfort - 5 star. Bathroom though was showing its age and is not of the top notch standards even in terms of cleanliness. The rest of the bedroom could do with updating. Reception staff were amazing and very helpful at all times. Restaurant was expensive, but food was delicious. Staff could smile more to give better impression. Overall it was a pleasant stay and relaxation before an event was why I came and it did the job. Would I return? If renovations took place for the rooms and price was lower, yes.

Great stay in Aarhus. Clean, good breakfast, helpful staff. Located near the Aarhus Art museum you can drop a visit there. Restaurant downstairs is a great option for dinner. Gym available at Pure Gym inside the mall - you have to ask at the reception for entry cards (superior room incl)

Location: very good. Dog friendliness: poor. You can stay there with your dog, but forget about bringing it anywhere near the breakfast area / restaurant / bar. I don't understand why a dog tied to a table somewhere in the corner being dozens of meters away from a kitchen / a buffet can be a problem. Cleanliness: bad. FYI, cleaning the bathroom from chalk and mold is a must. A space under a bed should have neither items from previous guests nor a century-thick layer of dust 🤢 Rooms: require serious modernisation, especially in the bathrooms. The hotel outside and its lobby look fabulous and bring your expectations high, but the rooms are disappointing. To sum it up, the value for such a price is poor. I really expected more from Radisson.
