Absolutely amazing experience. I felt like royalty . From the very first day to my last the service has been unbelievable. The room immaculate and all the little touches have mad such a big difference. I am greeted with warmth , the room was so clean every day and anything used was replenished. I’m ready again , I would never consider going anywhere else ! Valet parking staff is very cooprative Aziz n Shahin assisted me. They are best 🌹

I'm sending this review to highlight two employee personnel which make a great New Year. Ms. Wendy, from operator, she was able to satisfy one request which normally other hotels are refusing. When you press 0 from your telephone located at your room I'm kindly advise you to speak with her. If you need a better clean room you might request Mr. Sanjan and his colleague. They are trying to to the best in very short time.

I stayed for business purposes, and I'm extremely satisfied with the room and the hotel service in general. The valet parking is complimentary, and the breakfast is a buffet for a reasonable price. They always give you complimentary bottles of water in the reception plus the ones that you have in the room. There's good restaurants with different cuisines to make more lovely your stay.

Radisson hotel in Damac hills brings really great ambience for a pleasant stay. Interior and amenities inside the hotel is really great. Staff is very supportive. Breakfast which is complimentary has a lot of varieties but you may get bored if you stay for a longer time as there is very minimal changes in the everyday menu. The biggest negative factor is that the place has very limited connectivity with metro or other services. The only option would be the taxi service which is also limited in that place. Also very limited or no restaurants nearby the hotel, only option would be to depend upon the facilities inside hotel. The place is developing day by day and in the coming years it will definitely improve a lot. Overall the hotel is very calm and quiet for a decent and pleasant stay.

I didn’t stay here, I just attended a brunch. The food selection/variety was good but perhaps they didn’t anticipate the number of attendees as they constantly ran out of particular items and it took a long while for them to be restocked. Also, at one of the meat stations, the server left it unattended for several minutes which allowed many dozens of flies to descend onto the beef. The service was excellent though. Sanju deserves a special mention. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
