After a few terrible experiences with other nearby hotel/motels we finally found a winner! Exceptional service! The security guard and the sweet lady working the front desk were both helpful and friendly. Our room was spotless and so comfortable. The closet offered an extra pillow and blankets. Plenty of clean towels. If you’re traveling to Disney, their complimentary shuttle service is an added plus. This hotel is close to everything and easy to find, and affordable. Will definitely stay here in the future.

I had a disappointing stay at the Red Lion Hotel. The room was disgustingly dirty, and the service was terrible. Despite my willingness to pay for an upgrade, I was told there were no available rooms in the middle of February. I specifically requested a room with a floor due to dirty and dusty rugs, as I suffer from asthma. This hotel failed to provide a basic level of cleanliness and accommodation. I wouldn't recommend the Red Lion Hotel based on my experience. The room was so unstable that I couldn't stay the night I paid for. Despite my requests for a refund or a paid upgrade, I wasn't able to get either. This issue needs immediate attention for the satisfaction and well-being of future guests. My overall experience with this hotel has left me beyond dissatisfied.

It’s ok We stayed for my daughter’s Cheer Competition so I understand it was a busy time but they could definitely improve. The front desk staff was friendly and always helpful and polite , rooms were fine, their carpets could use some cleaning… I was disappointed with housekeeping, we were told we had daily new towels / empty trash and full service every two days, we stayed 5 nights never had full service. Sometimes we had to wait for towels because they were washing them. The pool was so crowded with all the girls they were ALWAYS out of towels. Lazy river was fun for the kids but not heated , there were lifeguards but didn’t see any in the pool area. There’s a playground in the back for small children , my little one had fun. My biggest concern is the noise, bring a sound machine or you won’t sleep , the pool stays open until 11pm , you can hear all the jumping and screaming from the rooms, our second night was rough to sleep with very loud parents in the bar area until 2am when we had to be up at 5am. Their breakfast was good , plenty of options , everything very clean and pleasant staff. There’s a gift shop downstairs with everything you could possibly need , and a laundry room which is nice.
