This hotel is gross. They don't treat everyone equal. Clearly, there's a divide between less fortunate and fortunate people. We stayed on the 17th floor and as soon as the elevator doors opened you can see the filth in the hallways. The room wasn't any better. Blankets were stinky, floors were disgusting, furniture is outdated. Also, it had bedbugs. The only reason why I felt that there's a divide is because I saw it for myself. We went searching for a vending machine on the 26th floor. When the elevator doors opened you can tell how clean and well maintained it was. No crumb in sight and walls nice and clean. Not fair. Low key felt it was a racial thing. Didn't feel comfortable there. Gross. I'd say the only good thing was the elevator was fast. That's it. All in all, if you're looking for comfort this place is not it. I give it negative 5 stars.

Really enjoy staying here! Stayed at this hotel 5 times. Everytime we come to watch a hockey game we stay here. The only downside is the stragglers that hang around the hotel but that is to be expected for downtown. Security is really great for staying around the hotel and make sure you are safe entering it. Will be coming back again! Rooms are clean and service is great.

Nice hotel, but definitely not a 4 star. Very outdated, was on the 23rd floor, sounded like there was construction going on above us, from the minute we arrived, overnight, and when we left. It didn't stop. Layout of the floors was kind of wonky too. For the price you pay, to have no pool/hot tub anything is insane. Good place to stay for a night to go see a NHL game or concert, but that's it. Also they rip you off on parking, of course.

Organized a dinner/speaker meeting for 30 guests here and stayed one night. My room was spacious and clean. Loved the flooring with no carpet. Great A/C cool and quiet. Fluffy white towels and comfortable bed. The event team was amazing took care to ensure all food was labelled for a variety of allergies and diets. Chef prepared a terrific turkey dinner buffet with all the trimmings. John and Randolph ensured the service and room was perfect. Would definitely book again. Thank you
