The hotel was in a good location. Bed was comfortable. Most of the staff was welcoming. The guy at the ground floor coffee zone and breakfast was nice. Breakfast was amazing too. Just faced an issue during the plug borrowing for my charger. The lady at reception (morning time) asked me to handover my ID card or passport to her, due to some trust issues to take the plug and it was the first time for me. I have travelled to more than 40 countries and many big cities, and never faced this issue. Overall it was a good experience.

We ordered room service, and we were told it's call and collect, and that the menu is in our room. The menu was not in our room, and we had to wait 15 minutes for it to be delivered. We ordered burgers, and 10 minutes later got the call that they don't have burgers anymore (the menu is modest and burgers were half of the options). Then we ordered french fries, and 15 minutes later we got the call saying that they don't have french fries any more. After that we ordered different fries, and I had to collect them myself at the 8th floor bar, where I was given two plates to carry in my hands. The breakfast was fine, but there were not enough seats, people were waiting to be seated and, as a result, the waiters were constantly asking us were we done and taking away plates that still had food on them. We were instructed to do the check-in ourselves, even though no guests were waiting at the check-in counter. It took us 10 minutes to type in all the info ourselves using the on screen keyboard and then a payment screen popped up, even though everything was already paid. After that, the receptionist called us to the check-in counter and did the check-in in 10 seconds. The room was an upgrade to river view, but our view was actually of the entrance building to the metro, so we would've preferred the courtyard view we booked. The hotel is not terrible, but it's *definitely* not worth the money they're charging and we could not come back.

Had a lovely 3 day stay here! The location was excellent and safe - there's a lift to the train station opposite the entrance and lots of great eating places just a 10 minute walk away along the river, including a wide selection of halal options. The staff were friendly and very accommodating and the room and amenities were fantastic and exceeded my expectations.

Our first stay in Radisson red hotel was perfect. First of all, the people at the registration desk were very friendly, kind, sincere and polite! Secondly, due to birthday of my friend they made a free upgrade of our room and allowed an early check-in. We ordered breakfast and it was also great. Moreover , the location is comfortable: the underground next to the entrance of the hotel, or you can just walk 20 minutes to the city center Recommend this hotel for everyo

The good: Location is amazing - a few steps out the door gets you to the U-bahn station for U2 and U4 lines, which is super convenient for getting around the city easily. The staff is also very friendly. The bad: we booked a "courtyard view" room, and were given a room with a half window facing the alley. There seem to be 4 of these half-window rooms if you are unlucky to get one at the end of the building as it curves down. The rooms are in a modern decor, but this comes at the cost of light in the room - only a few abstract lamps that didn't really light up the room and made it somewhat difficult to see (especially given the very small window). Noise was also a major problem for us as we could hear voices and TV of the room adjacent to ours, and footsteps from the room above.
