Rooms: the plugs are at the head of the bed in unconventional places. The rooms are small and far too cramped. There are too many stairs and the elevator is slow. Service: they are good at cleaning the rooms. The breakfast is mediocre at best. Other than that there were no more cons. Location: the hotel is close to many museums and restaurants all within 45 minutes of walking. Perfect location TL;DR - it was a very nice location. Uncomfortable rooms. Decent service.

Looks shady from the outside but on the inside, it’s a delight. Loved the art deco doorknobs, doors and furnishings. Nicely updated and well maintained. Cozy, clean room and bathroom. Excellent, fast internet. Friendly service. Fabulous location. Elevator was modernized and convenient. We had a room at the end of the hallway facing the courtyard. The room was unbelievably quiet given the location. Beds were basic but comfortable.

Hello! I am going to do this review first taking into account that Rome is an extremely expensive city to stay in and that for the value we paid it was good. Trip: As a couple Nights: 1 Room: First floor number 12 Breakfast: We do not request it Price: 120 room + 12 Euros tax, prices change all the time. We arrived very early in the morning at the Termini train terminal, the hotel is very close, the service at the reception was very friendly, everything was very clear, they let us store our suitcases without any problem while they gave us the room in the afternoon. The room was enough for one night, TV, the towels were new, the clothes were good, there were extra pillows and blankets, the only thing was that the refrigerator didn't work, we rested very well and without noise. We only used the room to sleep after spending the whole day outside. We arrived in the early morning and did not see any insects or rodents. Normally I never do reviews but I was curious about the previous comments that speak very badly about the hotel, I couldn't say if it was because they changed management, but the experience for us was good for us.

the hotel is very bad, it does not correspond to the pictures, the rooms are very small, there is no place to open our suitcases, there were not even hangers in the wardrobe. The safe does not work, it needs major repair or it should be demolished, there are no charging sockets. The whole hotel is damp and leaking. As already upon our arrival they had prepared a pool (puddle from a leak) in front of the room door, provided that they don't have one. And many more…

Negatives: Wifi didn’t reach room, very very bad pillows. No air conditioning in spring, even if VERY hot. Was not informed of this previously or at arrival as in booking online it said AC. Only when i went to question why it didn’t work. No ventilation and minuscule shower. Positives: Breakfast was good, very close to the station. Wouldn’t recommend, overall disappointing visit
