The best hotel in the area. Amazingly clean, not a stain anywhere. But be careful and ask for the rooms facing the inner yard, otherwise you won't sleep, because of the surrounding clubs with loud music all the night. Breakfast is cold and similiar every single day, yet the quality of ingredients is perfect.

It was excellent because of the staff they have and how accommodating everyone here is. When there was a power outage and we were living on the fifth floor and it was impossible for us to climb 5 flight of stairs, after talking to the employee Iliha who understood our concerns and tried to help our situation. And after a while the owner Rashid came and he accommodated us in another hotel of his with two rooms, one on ground floor and one on first floor. It was a temporary stay but everything was perfect. I recommend Rafinn to each and everyone visiting Istanbul. It’s near everything and it has the best staff.

Am currently staying at rafinn hotel, and trust me I have never saw such hospitality especially that the reception is available 24/24 and the owner, the stuff are very kind and helpful. It is super clean and the room is very modern and perfect. Furthermore, the location of the hotel is perfect and near everything, and even if it is in the heart of taksim you can sleep at night peacefully. Thank you rafinn for making this experience worth it. I highly recommend it. 👍👍👍
