We stayed at Hotel Raimond.. Even though you spend the least amount of time in the hotel during your trip, because you are sightseeing all day and you literally only sleep there, so the hotel could be cleaner and the staff more friendly and up-to-date. The maid did not change our bed linen, which was not even changed when we arrived, so for three days we kept reminding her, as well as the receptionist, to do it. At one point, she even told us to take it off ourselves and bring it down to her somewhere so she would give us a new one. Of course we didn't do that. In the room you have a TV, air conditioning, mini fridge, hair dryer, safe, especially the bathroom, but we paid for that. I don't think I'm asking for much if I want it to be clean. I would think carefully about this hotel next time. It could be cleaner.

It was my 4-th time in Istanbul and it was the WORSE HOTEL EVER. Staff didn't speak English at all, we pay extra for standard room city view and balcony and I had on my booking write there and the guy at reception gave us room with no city view no standard one we had also confirm that we will have rooms at the same floor and he didn't gave us at the same floor. When we show him the booking the answer it was: talk to booking, you paid booking not me !!! The room was sooo small you count even walk to your side of the bed. Breakfast was so basic so simple so cheap we didn't have breakfast a single day there. Location it was so bad no metros near and a a very high hill to go up every day. At the end at the last day he wanted us to paid again because they had problem with booking and didn't take the payment. SO nothing went normal never coming back there.

Super stay, friendly hosts. Hosts are very welcoming from the start and throughout our stay they were very pleasant and helpful. The room was lovely, clean sheets on a very comfortable bed,clean bathroom. Fresh breakfast every morning. Great value for the money.

I stayed for a week and everything was great. All the staff are very nice and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. It is also very near (about 10 - 15 minutes walking) to a lot of touristics spots like the Blue Mosque, Haga Sophia, Topkaki Palace, etc. it is also near to a lot of shops that happen to be cheaper than the ones in the touristics spots.
