Room was amazing. However I left my things in a locker for the day after check out and couldn't get back in. Thankfully others were there to let me in. On top of that the locker got stuck. I called customer service and had to argue with them for 30 minutes to open it. I was told to wait until the next day (insanity imo when it says 24/7 365 help)

Nice big rooms and nice location. The big down side is it’s completely without any staff. If you ever need help or need to ask, you have no one. Self-Checkin and self-checkout with machines, not a single person involved.

Good price for the amount of beds. Perfect hotel for family with lots of kids and the hotel is quite near Umeda Station which is useful for transportation. The service is decent and there are washing machines and lockers for use

Advantages: Reasonable price, large room, projector and TV in the room, parking space at the door (but easily full), LUUP nearby Disadvantages: There are no employees, self-check-in is adopted, and the difficulty of contacting the hotel is also encountered in the reviews. No information is provided before check-in. Asking questions through agoda will not reply. I can't get through the gate from the moment I arrive, and then I go in with others. Finally, there was no number to check in, so I had to make many calls to resolve it. In addition, if you don’t clean, remove the trash, and change towels every day, it will become messy if you stay for many days. If it can be improved, I would recommend it.
