Our stay was comfortable, our room (1 bedroom with kitchenette and sofa bed) was clean though a "lil bit old but they maintain the cleanliness, they will head on immediately with your request, they let us check in earlier than the regular check in time (The receptionist during our check in was very accomodating). Unfortunately, the only problem that we encounter was the receptionist rude behavior, the receptionist by the time we check out was the asst. manager (Ms. Jen) according to the guard. She charged us an additional rate for 1 person even if we were only two, i explain and she didn't believe me, so i told her to check and the way she was talking to me was really rude and she didn't even bother to look at me while she is talking.( No proper etiquette to handle a customer, the management should train her.) Ended up that i was telling the truth after verifying with 3 personnel, however, when i ask her to reserve again a booking for a specific date, she refused, as per her they won't accomodate a booking yet for the month of september, she told me to call after a week, when in fact the supposed date that i want to reserve is just five days away. And i was in awe, by the way she talk to me, so i decided not to insist "coz i already know the way she's showing to me her rude behavior she will not accomodate my request. In conclusion, i will definitely back again in this hotel b'coz they have a good service and it is near in everything you need, especially near in Robinson Mall, however, watch out for that receptionist who's behavior is so rude, and don't let her treat you like she did to me.
