Very good hotel and location. The room was a bit outdated but clean. Loved that there was own balcany with table and chears. Poolside is nice with cushions and towels. The staff women were extrimely nice but the men were very rude, dont know why. When we got there they told us breakfeast was included but when we were leaving they asked us to pay. When we told that we had asked about this when we arrived she didnt charge the full price, very nice. We didnt have breakfeast buffet, there is buffet only when there is enough visitors, which was a bit disapointing for us. Overall very good stay and we recommend this place!!

This hotel was ok. The rooms were a little tired and dated, but perfectly okay for a couple of night's stay. The pool area was nice - a great way to cool off at the end of a long day's touring around Luang Prabang! It looks like they are building a whole lot of new villas and rooms down the side and back of the property. They were nearly finished when I stayed there. These should be nice when they finally open. The staff, despite limited English, were lovely (hey - they're Laotian!) and did their best to help out in whatever way they could. Breakfast was a simple affair but easily enough available to set you up for the day. There was nothing wrong with this hotel per se - it's just a little... well... tired.

The place seems to be getting an upgrade . The manageress is incredibly helpful and arranged a scooter for 4 days to visit local sites . And tucktuck to the airport . Room cleaned daily by smiling staff . Would I go again ? Yes ! Nuf said .
