I feel so bad for not taking those bad reviews into consideration while booking this hotel. It feels like a tent.. I paid $100 per night! I just can't believe it! How come this is a Ramada!! Very dirty, the bed has hair on It 🤮 The furniture is barely standing.. the smell of the room is just too disgusting. I had to go buy a candle and lighter to try to fix it. I changed three rooms, hoping for a better smell. The location is horrible. Please don't believe anyone who says it's an okay hotel. Because it's NOT. And if you decide to come for the price, be prepared and have very low expectations. Updates: The woman working on the reception is super rude. My husband had a very important work interview cis zoom, and the Internet kept lagging, I asked her if there's a better place to catch a better connection, she was like come to the lobby, I said there's people walking around it won't be convenient, so she was like I can't keep the business quiet for you! I really, really hope this hotel would either be shut down or renovated. We booked 3 nights but couldn't sleep and checked out the second day without any refunds, of course. Waste of money time and energy!

After reading the reviews, I had to double-check that I was at the same hotel. It was a pleasant experience. Staff was friendly, and the rooms were adequate for what you paid. I'm a little surprised that you had to pay 10.00 to park that was disappointing because if I had known that it I might have chosen a hotel that was 10.00 more instead. Free breakfast was a great addition, and they had great variety. For the price I would recommend this place.

I would never stay at this hotel again. We had two nights booked (10/27-10/28) at $275 a night after taxes. Throughout our stay the front desk staff was not very friendly. For the money we paid I feel like I should have had a decent hotel. Not one with ants and roaches. We were on the third floor so I think it's safe to say if they were up there they were throughout the hotel. I wanted to leave after the first night but we had a 6-hour ride and had nowhere else to go. They provide a shuttle to the subway line. When we called to get picked up they told us they were on their way. He got there an hour later even though the hotel is only 5 to 10 minutes away.

Everyone made our stay enjoyable. We were taking a cruise out of Boston and flew into Boston. We needed a ride from the airport to the hotel and they were very accommodating. They had a free shuttle to the rail station so we could get into town. That was great. Our next concern was getting to the cruise terminal. They even offered a shuttle there. It was only $10.00 per person and seeing what was encountered to get there the cost was great. Kudos to everyone at the hotel for making our stay unforgettable.

Stayed for two nights in November 2023, so this covers that period. Hotel has a no smoking policy but the room I stayed in 122, had a smoke smell to it. First day I notified front desk that a light and the safe are broken , and that there was a water leak from the handle when the toilet was flushed. Two days later they were still not fixed at checkout. Internet did not work in room but did work in lobby next to check in/out. Had to sit there to use it. Gave me no explanation as to why this was happening and when it would be fixed. They never fixed it. When I notified the front desk in person about the problems, it was like I was talking to a spaced out person. She never wrote anything down and asked me two times what room I was in after I told her what the room was. I will say that when I reported the problems, I had a low expectancy of their being fixed. And they lived up to my observations.
