Ideal hotel for stopover on long trip. As a budget hotel, it exceeds expectations, with helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable, with an exception poor heating system! Plenty of choices for meals and snacks, in the main motorway service area.

I was really pleasantly surprised. I had a great night sleep, the bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was excellent. It was quiet, relaxing, there were food and drink options at the Ramada just downstairs but it was also extremely close very short walking distance to all the shops at the extra services.

Great location. Friendly staff but the room we stayed in needs updating. The first thing we noticed was a stale smoke smell that seemed to be embedded in the fabric of the room. The air conditioning unit was full of dust on tje intake vents and the decor is in need of redoing. The TV has been changed for a smaller one but there has been no effort to paint around the gap. There was mould in the shower room and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. The location however is for us perfect as we visit family in Yorkshire and we travel from Kent sometimes after a shift at work so a stop over is sometimes needed to refresh.
