Manila itself was a high and low experience but the facility itself was always a consistent experience. The staff was accommodating and hospitable. Special shout out to Edward for always offering to help with bags with a smile. Also to the security officer with such welcoming service.

Had a lovely one night stay at this hotel on our way to Siargao. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Marvin who checked in with us at breakfast to make sure we were having a good time. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and we also had a chance to eat at the rooftop restaurant for dinner. Our server Matthew even offered us a little magic trick while we waited for our food to come out. Overall a delightful experience.

Location is good. All workers are very kind and friendly. Marvin in D (upper floor of cafeteria) is enthusiastic about need of guest. Very nice experience in Manila. Would come back when I am in the Metro Manila.

Only stayed one night and thank god not longer! Poor service with very strange regulations that ruin the experience. Upon checkin I was asked to: - Display my entry stamp to the Philippines (I’m a resident). - When we got to the room, there was a noisy call to confirm our luggage was on the way (11pm, not necessary for such a call). - They require a 2000 pesos cash incidentals deposit. - Going downstairs with my wife, they would not hand the 2000 back to my wife even though I was sitting nearby and she had the token. It had to be me physically that went to collect it. Just very weird regulations and seems more like a Military camp full of rules rather than a pleasant experience, not again!!!! The room is very small. Hotel is in Chinatown district.

We were welcomed very friendly at the Ramada Hotel after a long journey from Europe. My husband actually needed to see a doctor upon arrival rather urgently. The staff supported us here well and we were taken care of perfectly by the house nurse of the hotel. Apart of this, we enjoyed the nice spaceous room, the breakfast and the friendliness of the accommodation. Special thanks to Edward, Angel, Marlon and Rabando!
