Staff was very friendly and quickly checked me into my room. My room was clean and a nice size. The hotel has a small bakery area that has quick options if you are in a hurry. Staff provided me with one of their hotel map and information cards and helped me use it to discuss where I wanted to go with the taxi driver. This hotel is close to many good restaurants and not too far from Pudong Airport. Overall a good stay and I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

This is a great hotel that I have been using for more than 10 years. Normally good rooms and great breakfast. Very polite and good staff, but recently my happiness is diminishing. The gym gas always annoyed me. The hours prevent me from using it. They need to make it 24 hrs. And it's small and can be full, when I can make it. Also, the new wing rooms are a two elevator plus a walk to the breakfast room, or gym. So I was not so happy about losing time "commuting" around the hotel. Also in the main wing, I have been given a small corner room a couple of times and this is really substandard in comparison to the typical rooms. So, nearly great for me, but if you don't care about the gym and get the right room, you will likely think it's great.
