We stopped at the hotel to have tea and a space so that my spouse could take a meeting. The restaurant directly overlooks the Falls, which is amazing. The sound of the falls are soothing while having your fine cup of tea or coffee. They also have a viewpoint which enable you to take perfect snap with the waterfall. However, they charge a trivial amount for outsiders to enter through their space.

Simply amazing hotel.. you can see 3 waterfalls from this hotel and the view is breathtaking. The buffet was so delicious and so much worth it for that price. The washrooms and environment are also very clean and have friendly staff. You can dine watching ramboda falls. Only thing is hotel is situated downhill and car park is up on the hill so you have to climb or go down on hill. They have a good road but private vehicles are not allowed. If you are staying at hotel or going for buffet you can use their shuttle service. Request it at the gate.

The location of the Hotel is great, opposite the Ramboda waterfall. (It is a bit noisy when you want to sleep) The view from the room is amazing. Our room was spacious and clean. Be careful with the monkeys, especially in the morning. They want to come into the room from the balcony. The food wasn't the best. The food sortiment was very poor at breakfast.

The best part of the hotel is the amazing view of Ramboda falls. You can get up and close via the restaurant. The are steps that lead you down to the bottom of the falls. If you have food at the restaurant you don’t have to purchase a ticket to view the falls. The only food option is buffet. The food was ok and felt it wasn’t value for money. Many tourists visit here so it was packed. The toilets need to be serviced regularly.

This hotel is a view point of Ramboda waterfall. Lots of locals and foreigners come here to see the waterfall. We can get our meals from the hotel restaurant with a nice view of the waterfall. Nice friendly staff here. And they provide us a free shuttle service to see the waterfall. They provide us a ticket for a very small price. And also we can go downstairs to see the waterfall with the elevator . Overall this is an excellent place for foreigners and locals. I am a tour guide. Also they provide free food for us. The food is very delicious. I tried their foods several times in the ala-cart menu and the buffet. The buffet is very worth the money they charged from us.
