A horrible experience we didn’t know exactly where it was so we called the lady that answer was very rude se was a only asking for pictures of my id ( witch is ilegal ) and didn’t wanted to help us find the place without sending the id fhirst after 1:30 we spoken with booking and we cancelled I don’t recommend the place at all the staff at least the lady that answered the phone should learn some manners next time I’ll deffently read the comments before any booking a disgrace

A nice hotel, adequate for the purpose. The room is clean, with a bathroom and towels, as well as a wardrobe and a refrigerator.

Very bad experience, no draps, towels or serviettes, no sleep as the road closer to the hotel is highly noisy! No services and even not someone available to ask for. Forget about

AWFUL! A disastrous experience. The woman at the reception is meaner than a toothache. They KICKED us out of the room. The first day it took them 3 hours to give us our room and the next day they told us that we had to change because other people were entering that room. The only one who helped was the maintenance guy, who was ashamed of how the “hotel” was managed, if you can call it that. Dirty rooms, very rude staff. In short, cheap is expensive. Pay a little more and enjoy Marbella because staying here is irritating

It has nothing to do with what they sell you. The room was dirty, the floor was not swept, the towels were used and the sheets were not changed. The shower with hair and bugs stuck to the screen. When we arrived there was no one to assist us, when we called by phone they told us that they were sending us the cleaning girl to check us in, who didn't even speak Spanish.
