FIRSTLY,encounter STAFF with unhelpful and unpleasant face expressions. LADY IN SHOULDER HAIR LENGTH WITH SMALL BULID(TIME AS SHE IS IN NIGHT SHIFT). EITHER YOU SHOULD RE TAKE YOUR HOTEL SERVICE COURSES OR CHANGE JOB(YOUR ATTITUDES IS NOT SUIT FOR FRONT LINE OR SALES EXECUTIVE POSITION). SECONDLY, shower head and rain shower head both are rust and dew. Heater nice to see on the wall but Can't use as it is. THIRDLY, around the area alot of foodie from morning till late dinner,got hair salons, massage,nail salons,convenient stores. Fourth, as other reviews are true . Bed feel like stone, WIFI thumb down.LAST AND NOT LEAST, THE PHOTOS YOU SEE IN PLATFORMS OR WEBSITES IS JUST ILLUSTRATION

We stayed few nights here. The location is great just few minutes walk from the subway. The price is very budget for the great location. You will find many restaurants and convenient stores. However the room is terrible and the staffs are rude and unhelpful. The first room I stayed had broken door, broken tv and shower was flooded. The second room they tried to arrange has a broken tv and noise air-conditioner. Until the third room is better but still the telephone is broken. When you ask for wifi or other amenities, the staff are not willing to help. Would not recommend this place unless you have very limited budget.

This hotel should not have rooms available. There were metal coils pushing through the mattress digging into your back, sheets and pillows were frayed and ripped, dust and dirt everywhere, no cleaning supplies. For 1400/night duplex room they should do much better in terms of cleaning. Parts of wood were falling off of the room. Booked 3 nights and stayed 1. All amenities quite old and not functioning well. Hotel staff upon check-in were rude and have a weird policy that they can't refund qr deposit on the check out day because the manager needs to approve it so you have to wait a few days after check out. No help to bring bags to room, didn't tell about WiFi. Small parking lot, parking not guaranteed.
