Good simple rooms in an amazing location. Staff could be more helpful and disappointed with the tour we booked through them. We booked the kanchanaburi tour and our guide missed off the last stop (waterfall) saying we didn't have enough time even though we asked to go - and then we arrived back 2 hours early. Was false advertising of what the tour would include.

Total recommendation if you're looking for a quiet place near Khaosan Road. The staff was nice with me and gave me a charger for the phone and they let our baggage stay there after checkout. The hotel was clean and has no lift.

Room is clean, and quiet hotel. we had tripple room with 3 beds. Because there is no elevator we asked for lower floor and got the second floor. But it will be hard if you travel with kids/elderly/luggages. The receptionist lady is helpful, she speaks fluent english and kindly assisted us when needed. Closed to khaosan. You can walk there and cost 50tbh if you want to take tuktuk. No AC in the lobby, fruits were provided in the lobby and you can buy bottled water there.

Just dropped my mate's son off and popped in to use the toilet. Seems like a nice hotel located a few hundred meters from Khao San road. The staff were super helpful, the lobby and toilets were clean and every guest gets a key card to access the hotel after 10pm. I would consider staying here too in the future. Rooms are under 1,000 baht for single and 1,400 for double - both include breakfast.

Mosquitoes in the room, very stink on the road. Poor wifi. Poor breakfast. No lift. If you have bulky luggage, don't stay here. There is no communication with the guests. They don't care if you need any assistance during your stay. When I check out, I pulled the luggage down the stairs by myself and the 2 mute staff just looked at me and no help offer, no assistance for taxi or anything. You can find a better hotel better service in central area with that room rate.
