I booked through Agoda. At first, I was anxious because there were no reviews and they said it was a homestay but there was no contact, but when I arrived, it seemed to be a hotel run by an apartment. !!!! If the hotel does not appear on the map or taxi app Search for Hokka-an Apartment. It's the same building!!!!! Facilities: Clean and well-equipped with necessary items. It's clean, but there's a lot of dust because there aren't many people with reservations. Location: There are many nearby restaurants and cafes within walking distance. You can get to the Old City or Nimmanhaemin by bolt within 100 baht (within 10 minutes). * There is a gym on the 1st floor (80 baht) * There is a Japanese sauna on the 1st floor (was 350 baht) Cons: Too much dust keeps coming out of the towel. Staff are not fluent in English If you want hotel service, go to the hotel. This is a residence rather than a hotel. Maybe it's because it's not an old building. The interior was very clean. But there aren't many people staying there. When I first went in, it was a bit dusty so I asked them to clean it. It's like a large studio. There is no hotel service like you usually think of. If you tell me to clean your room, I will do it for you. They change the bedding and towels if you tell them. But like a B&B or residence, there is tableware. You can cook your own food. TV, shampoo, body, hair dryer, towel, tableware Available. I like this quality at an affordable price. (The only photo I have is of me eating breakfast)
