I stayed here for almost a week in December 2023. The flat and location have many pros and cons, but regardless of my personal experience, the staff behind the bar downstairs and the housekeeping staff were beyond freindly and easy going... I had a very positive experience with the people looking after the place. The flat itself looks exactly like the photographs: great interior design, cute balcony, and a decent shower room. Although the apartment is supposed to be non-smoking, the smell of cigarettes throughout the entire building is omnipresent: being just below a bar, the cigarette smoke travels up the open stairway and the whole building smells like a pub... there's just no escaping the stench of cigarettes. Also the noise at night is nearly unbearable: I'm not sure how anyone could sleep soundly in this location? Screaming and partying on the streets and very loud 'bass beats' coming from nearby clubs and bars... until 5am! I was unable to sleep properly most nights and ended up checking out early because I was exhausted. Maybe consider staying on the opposite side of Istiklal Cadessi, where the neighborhood is MUCH quieter and still within walking distance to everything. This apartment was cute, but smelly and extremely LOUD. I would not stay here again :(

We were attracted by the casual feel, good atmosphere and competitive beer prices! And were right. A small bar attached to the guest house with some street-side tables and few seats inside. Efes on tap and a selection of bottled beers. A menu of cocktails and shooters too. Friendly staff, quick service and a complimentary bucket of popcorn- we settled to watch the soccer on the TV at the bar. Only downside was the Irish coffee needs more coffee! Had a fun evening there.
