The staff here are pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in need of renovation and would be best classed as a motel. The location is central and close to many restaurants, bars, cafes, Eiffel Tower, and the metro I booked this hotel mistakenly and decided to give it a chance, despite it’s three star rating. The also have a no refund policy which is silly. Given its poor condition, I can see why they offer no refunds. You force your customers to stay. One morning, they forgot our breakfast and offered no refund for it, despite as paying additional fees for the breakfast. Our shower was backing up, and the cleaning staff did a sub-par job. One time, a dirty towel and the toilet bowl cleaner was left in our sink. The towels are rough and feel like rags, not towels. There is no staff available after midnight which is concerning. If there is an emergency, there is no staff to help. Despite the staff being friendly, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It’s a cheap motel, with an expensive price tag. There are cleaner hotels, within the same price range close by, with nicer rooms. I won’t be staying here again.

Rayz Eiffel Hotel provided a truly mesmerizing experience, from their attentive luggage service to the well-appointed rooms featuring all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen and crockery, topped off with breathtaking balconies offering stunning views of the Eiffel Tower.

This was a great place. Rooms were tiny and hallways kind of cramped BUT location was superb. Great view of Eiffel Tower. Close enough to main parts of Paris to walk to or short uber but far enough away to relax. Love this place.

Quaint boutique hotel with a rooftop patio and a great view of the Eiffel Tower. We had the breakfast package and took it up to the patio each day. The hotel was in a great neighborhood with easy access to the Metro and blocks away from the Eiffel tower and the Seine. The room was comfortable and the hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. We felt well looked after. I highly recommend it.

Overall a delightful stay. Staff are accommodating and helpful. Bed was comfortable, room was exceptionally quiet, and kitchenette was great to have. Suggest adding a roll of paper towels, dish soap and a sponge for those who want to clean up used dishes, and replacing the dish towel along with the bath towels as needed. It’s a great location with Rue Cler around the corner, pleasant views from windows, highly recommend.
