Used to live here. Love that they use the iCondo app where you can communicate and sell stuffs to other neighbors, as well as book facilities. Best thing is that: 1. The elevator is fast 2. Close to grocery stores (Metro and asian stores like Crown and Hometown) 3. Literally close to everywhere (Melb Central is only 5 mins away, a lot of good restaurants nearby too) 4. Never really heard noises from my neighbors 5. Good facilities (they have a big theatre room, swimming pool, and private lounge) though I never really use them lmao 6. Not too hot during summer, and not too cold during winter 7. Good white goods (AC, washer, dryer, oven, stove, and fridge) never had problems with them 8. Hungry at midnight? don’t worry Cupanda, Hot-Star, and Gong Cha are still open However, what I don’t like living here is that I feel like there’s not much lights coming through my apartment. Even if it’s really sunny outside, it won’t be that bright inside my apartment. Overall I love this place and will def miss it🥲

You cant get your key directly and need to wait for the other company to send you key! $20 is charged by this fxxking company at 9pm. Its a bad apartment and highly NOT RECOMMENDED !

The apartment was an Airbnb-style kind of place. We got to stay on the 41st floor of a building, so the view was fantastic. The apartment was very clean and there were good amenities, such as shampoo and shower gel. The beds were comfortable and there were more pillows than we knew what to do with. To get the keys, we need to contact the owner as there was no front desk, which could be troublesome for travelers who don't have Australian phone numbers. Otherwise, I would recommend this place to people who want to somewhat cheap hotel and who want to be in the heart of the city.
