This room was appalling. The advertising is misleading and incorrect. Do not stay here. It had a broken bed, stained couch and floor, no working lighting in one bedroom, it was filthy dirty and even had used toothpicks in the bathroom. The list goes on! Would give 0 stars if possible. Location is the only thing going for it; however if you like sleeping with the sounds of the city that’s perfect because the bedroom windows don’t close properly so it’s noisy as. Terrible unprofessional company.

Avoid at all cost. Wrong keys, leaking toilet, broken tv which they refused to fix, stained and dirt carpet, extremely small, it goes on. There are better places in Melbourne.

Absolutely disgusting room and even worse service. Manager said he had other rooms that haven’t even been cleaned yet. You can see for yourself through the photos below. Do not stay here unless you are happy to live in filth.

Love it. Booked this place through Airbnb and am very happy with what I got. Clean apartment, great view of the Docklands, and the apartment itself is very well furnished, with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer for appliances. There is an iron and an ironing board. Access is great and the location is just SUPERB because it is across Southern Cross station. Also it is very rare to find an Airbnb with 2 bathrooms. Best place to use as a point of travel for Melbourne.

We stayed on the 40 floor. Whistling noise from air vents in corridor unbearable, ask to be moved several times but advised no rooms available. Room cleaniness was very poor. Many things broken, pull out lounge has many holes, fire alarm half hanging off, walls very marked, shower mouldy, massive amount of hair in basin. We come to Melbourne every year this is the worst room we have stayed in. Do not recommend this place.
