Rooms are small, I booked 3 rooms and when checked in there were people in one of the rooms. There is no front desk so had to call to fix it. Also, one of the bedrooms smelled really bad and couldn’t even stay.

I made a reservation through Booking, but the store screen says that you can check in/out at the front desk and no advance payment is required, but the bill was sent to me by email several days before my stay, and there was no one at the front desk. I was given some incomprehensible information such as self-check-in, and the service was different from what I had originally expected, so I canceled, but they charged me the entire amount of my stay. It's the worst to have nothing and get paid! Everyone, don't be fooled by facilities like this!
