Rooms is clean enough. There were splatter of coffee on the bathroom door left by previous guests. Other than that the rest of the room cleanliness is OK. Amenities is minimum. I always bring my own so it does not matter to me. Staffs are friendly and helpful. This is the second time I stayed here and every staffs I hv encountered has been nice.

The young man working at the front desk was extremely personable. He allowed me to check into my room one hour before the normal 3 PM time. It was much appreciated as I had just driven eight hours to get to this location. .

We stayed here on our way to Niagara, the rooms are decent and the parking is very convenient right across our room. The staff were extremely friendly by going above and beyond to facilitate our ask (booked a King but asked for a double because of some last minute changes). The most interesting part that made me write this review was that we forgot our bag in the room and the staff secured the bag, held it at the reception, worked with me diligently to receive the relevant shipping label and get that securely over to me. They called me consistently multiple times a day assuring the package being safe and being handled well to hand it over to UPS. Shows the commitment to customer satisfaction. Particular shout out to Suzy who went above and beyond to make this all possible.

To sum up our one night stay at the Red Roof Inn in two words: BED BUGS. The first room we went to had a variety of bugs, some dead, some not. Unfortunately for us, some of the bugs that was alive was a bed bug. It was late at night, so I went to the front desk and told the employee that we wanted another room. Without apologizing, the employee gave us a room quickly and we tried to go to sleep. However, at around 12am, I woke up and saw a bed bug in my pillowcase. I went to the front desk again and told him that we will be requesting a refund because that room Also had bed bugs. Again, no apology. Just said that he would talk to the manager. I tried to sleep in our car but it was a cold night and all of us were very anxious and upset. We tried to inspect for more and ended up finding fresh blood on the sheets. The next morning, we talked to the front desk to try to get a refund (and some sympathy). Again! No apology! Just stated we have to talk to the manager and Expedia. My mother and I were both suffering from bug bites for about 2 weeks and it was just an all around terrible situation that was very unnerving. We have received a refund thankfully, but will never return.
