Do NOT use the coffee pots, full of roaches. Roaches were over running entire building. You can spray but with housekeepers who aren't trained right there is no way to properly sanitize. Hand rails never washed, bed comforters not washed between guest. Majority of staff is so high you can't understand what they are saying since they talk so fast and are jumpy. Management doesn't care if you used drugs at work and doesn't keep staff that she fears could do her job a lot more professional and cause her to look foul. Owner backs up useless management because their own personal problems are so overwhelming they just don't care about the hotel anymore. So if you stay here lock up you personal belongings in your car never leave in room or they will be through and end up in office staff's car. Roach infestation. Drugged lazy employees, parionid management. This isn't worth it at 5$ a day! Horrible

This place looks absolutely filthy from the outside and an attendant Hispanic lady with a large mole on her face has a toxic attitude. I showed up to pick up a passenger to take to the Phoenix airport and the passenger must have forgot to set an alarm. I spoke to the attendant lady about giving a courtesy call to the passenger and let them know that I’m waiting to take them to the airport so that they won’t miss their flight. The lady said in a very nasty attitude “oh well there’s nothing I can’t do and it’s not my problem.” I would never want to stay there judging from how run down the place is and how toxic the employees are. Not even a courtesy call was she able to give to the passenger who missed their flight. That shows you how much they care about their customers.

This place was absolutely disgusting. There was blood on the pillow, used tissues on the desk, cigarette ashes in the sink, what looked like to be bodily fluid stained on the bed. The toilet had hair on top and in it. The floors had not been swept in a long time. It was just horrible. I have to catch a flight at 0500 in the morning and just had to switch to another hotel. This is pathetic and absolutely unacceptable from a professional establishment. Thanks alot red roof inn.
