WARNING! This is not a serious hotel. I booked two non-smoking rooms here (one double and one twin). Upon arrival no twin rooms were available. The rooms had a distinct smell of cigarette smoke, and it was obvious someone had smoked in the corridors within hours before we arrived. We asked for new rooms and were promised to get them the night after (if only...). The bed sheets were dirty, there was no soap for washing your hands and no toilet paper. On our second day we were excited for our new rooms that we had been promised the day before. When we asked about it we were told they are out of rooms. Someone had booked them the night before. Clearly they didn’t care about us. We asked for our money back for the second night, so that we could check out and find another hotel. They told us this was not possible. Very disappointed by the rooms and the lacking service.

We were not provided with the rooms we booked, and on top of this, the rooms we got smelled of smoke. We did not get any compensation for their lack of planning for the rooms either. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.
