The worst ever in my life. Dirty is basic option. Unlimited mosquitoes and Roaches, broken wall, never house keeping, broken refrigerator and toilet. Only pro is cooler working good. I regrets this choice. You never choose this hotel.

Very very bad hotel. Dirty Bed, Dirty Towel, Dirty Pillow, No Towel ready in room, Dirty Toilet.. Everything in the room is dirty. How can RedDoorz use and sale this property ?

I make a reservation booking for my room at 30th December and i made it use agoda. And they already pay for it using my credit card but guess what once upon a reach the hotel they tell me I actually don’t feel is fully booked and this day that you already book for it and you pay for it so you’re booking mood for tomorrow I think how come it’s moved for tomorrow I already paid for this they say we have nothing to do with you I said OK can I cancel with a no you cannot cancel you already book a Villa a good.com try to cancel using agoda.com so me and make me actually that night have no place to stay and they already put paid for a hotel room so I have to search for another hotel and pay again just to stay this night set at somewhere so I recommend this hotel service is Zero out of ten. Do yourself a favor and do never ever ever think about booking a room and this would help it’s really useless and the people working there is very very very rude. And try to find the people who is going not like that people look at you like you’re a four N. and they will try to scam you at anyway they can
