The receptionist was nice but pushed me to pay higher rate since the RedDoorz app/website was faulty and did not let me book. Refused to give me late check out. Customer service sucks!

Cheapest hotel with proper facilities that you can imagine, even it's proper enough so you can use for staycation with your spouse (I was in biz trip tho LOL). . Got discount by contacting their admin in WhatsApp 087771803507. . Very close to airport, 2 minimarkets that you can reach by foot, and Bandara City Mall that you can reach by Gojek/grab. . Facilities : 2 small bottles of mineral water, amenities, tv, nice bed and bathroom, quite spacious room, AC, super fast wifi, cupboard, hot water, etc... All and all, if I have to stay here for a biz trip, of course I would . The down side of this hotel only ugly road that is full of trucks

Terrible customer service, a reflection of poor management, though the location has potential. My first night was good at Joe's Hotel at the back (premium room), booked another night via agooda then was told that I need to move rooms as my 1st booking was premium but my 2nd booking was a RedDoors room (same Reception for both buildings though). They wouldn't change the booking or let me pay a difference and upgrade (though the same room was available online for the same rate). Wouldn't cancel my booking so I could make another. Wouldn't let me see or speak to a manager or supervisor. Had room service waking us up and knocking repeatedly, even though we have DND sign on the door. Told them I will leave bad review and they didn't seem to care. RedDoors rooms at the front building don't have Windows, let alone a city or any view. Non smoking room smelt terrible from smoke.
