The Regency is flat out amazing. One of the very best accommodations experiences of my life. Everything about this place is exquisite. It feels like home, but better. The staff are the most professional and courteous of any I’ve ever met. They go out of their way to help with your every need. Once you’ve been to The Regency, you won’t want to leave.

Visited here a few days ago and stayed for 2 nights in the Garden Suite. It's difficult to find the superlatives to describe this place but I'll try my best. It was nothing short of exquisite in every way; beautifully decorated accommodation with everything you could possibly imagine you'd need. The incredibly comfortable bedroom, the tranquil private terrace in front of it, the huge standing bath... I could go on. An exemplary level of service too, one that was nothing like I'd experienced before. If you have the money, I would highly recommend staying here if you're in Belfast. The only negative is you won't want to leave!

Staff was courteous, attentive and went out of their way to accommodate. Nice location in Belfast close to Queens University which made it perfect for a family visiting a student abroad. Rooms were well appointed, plenty of common living space and kitchen had everything you needed. Commercial style fresh grind coffee machine was a huge bonus for the non tea drinking crowd. Great place for a family that does not want to settle for the two hotel room alternative.
