This hotel deserves a NEGATIVE star review. I have no idea how it manages to have a 4.1. It was the most utterly filthy and disgusting place I've ever been. Not even sure where to start...the floor was caked with human hair and gunk. There were many holes in the walls which were so filthy that they were sticky. The microwave looked like someone splashed a pint of blood in it. The fridge - same, except with some kind of mold, as well. $75 to stay here is utterly absurd. You would be better off sleeping outside somewhere.

The handsome gentleman working the desk this evening made my bad day end on a high note! I wish I had asked his name- an attractive older man, thin with gray hair. The room is the best I could hope for, and all because of this angel they have working!

The previous time I stayed here before, I had no issues. But today 12/9/22 is a different story. Not only is this the second room that was assigned to me (previous room 115, was dirty and linens had not been changed) but the second room 223 is not any better. I will resume my stay, but I will not use this hotel in the future or recommend friends or family to this business. Not only am I disappointed but checking in system isn’t welcoming at all. You would think the rooms were better than they are based off of the strict regulations, but that is not the case.

Rooms are big! Upon entry I couldn't ignore how clean it looked and how fresh the room smelled, the clerk even allowed me to check in early. Informed me of an early check in fee , PRIOR to charging me , in which I appreciated completely. I like the fact that the property is so small, enough to supervise. Also enjoy the fact how it's smack dab in the middle of a great shopping center. There's a Walmart, plasma donation center, several food chains to choose from. Whether fast food, real food, raw sushi ! You name it. Great location!
