I am just grateful. My plane landed at midnight. Slept refugee style at the airport. Waited until 7:00 before boarded the Airport Link. Got off at Ramkamhaeng; took bus to “Big C” and arrived at the hotel a few minutes later. Tired, dirty after 20-some hours. The two ladies at the front desk were stern-looking; could have been excellent school principals with whip in hand. They let me in, without a smile — but I knew their hearts were warm. My fourth time here: everything was clean and orderly. Most impressive was the fact that they did not impose their will on others, such as showing prayers only on TV: you get the full spectrum. And a router in your room. After a warm shower and a change of clean clothes, how can I not be thankful? If you like street food, the streets are filled to the brim, day and night. Ten meters in, quiet and peace. Will come back again and again.

Staff there are 1000000000000/100. We got stranded late at night and were unable to get a Grab/taxi and the staff there kindly attempted to help us get a taxi from the streets even though we were not their guests. Truly felt the kindness of Thai people from that little gesture. If they're willing to go such extra mile for non-guest, i wouldn't doubt their service to guest would be great as well. Would definitely like to stay here next time!

Cost effective rates with big rooms fully furnished and well mantained. Hotel is old but transformed to meet the needs. Everything was perfect including nearby Halal food restaurant. Front desk is cooperative and rates are normal. I stayed for a night for 800 Bahts which was pretty low for the standards hotel offered. Hotel have no swimming pool or indoor recreation area so a bit let down for long term travelling
