As someone who has stayed at many Marriotts including in Europe and America (I am a Platinum Member and will be Titanium in two more nights), I almost thought this hotel had left the Marriott group during check-in. The person handling the check-in greeted us in a very cold and unsmiling manner. I had booked a room with two beds and asked again to confirm during check-in, to which he confirmed it was a room with two beds. However, when we got to the room, it turned out to be a single bed room. I had to return to reception, where despite claiming the hotel was fully booked and there were no accommodations in the other building to avoid possibly upgrading our room, he suddenly mentioned that I could stay in block B and that others were staying there as well, once the room he gave us didn't have two beds. After an unnecessary waste of time, I asked for an extra bed instead of changing rooms, but for the first time as a Platinum member, I was downgraded, not upgraded, at a Marriott. Upon entering our room, we noticed the balcony door was broken. The maintenance service came and fixed the issue. They left the tip of the drill in a chair in our room, which almost injured my daughter; it could have caused a bad injury. Aside from these two incidents, generally, the staff, (except the first person at the reception during check-in), were good and friendly. The location of the hotel and the surrounding landscaping are nice, it's a clean hotel. The meals we ordered from room service were quite ordinary for a luxury hotel. The internet connection was also the worst I've experienced in any hotel I've stayed in so far.

This hotel is a perfect 10/10. I would give it 11/10. It is perfect in every sense from rooms to hotel facilities to the service of their entire hospitality team. The breakfast was superb and the food and drinks in hotel restaurants was perfect. We stayed for 5 days with family and loved every bit of it. Special thanks to Ali at concerige, Nihat at reception and Hasan at restaurant. They really took care of our specific needs for room type and food and made our stay very comfortable. The hotel location is also very good and very close to alacati city and the cesme city centre. I would love to come again! Thank you once again to the full team of reges.

I liked the hotel, nice staff, short ride to Cesme Marina. Pools are slightly small. Although I would expect more from St. Regis for the price to pay for this specific hotel, I will definetely come back.

This is the best Marriott hotel I have stayed at. Whoever the designer of the hotel is should get an award as this is a beautifully designed building. Staff was helpful,professional, and friendly. View from the room was spectacular with comfortable seats on the balcony along with the room being very spacious. The beach area and grounds of the hotel was gorgeous and well maintained. The lunch menu had an excellent selection of delicious Turkish food. My only complaint was that the dinner menu had no Turkish food. Menu was Italian only. I traveled to Turkey for Turkish food, not Italian food. Otherwise, this hotel exceeded expectations on many levels and I hope to stay again in the near future.

I’ve stayed here last summer and it was absolutely an amazing experience. The hotel is stunning, especially the rooms. We had a very spacious corner room with a nice view of the sea. Swimming pool and beach were nice to relax in. One of the highlights was the breakfast every morning. Food was delicious and there were plenty options to choose from. What really stood out was the service we received. From the housekeeping staff, to the front office and concierge. They were all very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay better. I even received a message for my birthday a couple weeks after my stay there. I recommend Reges if you want to stay in the best hotel in çeşme.
