During my stay at Hotel Regnum Residence, I encountered a series of disappointing issues that significantly impacted the overall experience. The state of our room was far from acceptable, with a bathtub covered in grime, hair, and stains. The cushions and bedsheets added to the discomfort with noticeable stains and an unpleasant odor. Upon reporting these concerns to the receptionist, we were informed that all rooms were fully booked, leaving us with no option to transfer. Despite taking pictures of the dirt, the only response we received was an apology and a promise of compensation after a discussion with the manager. Housekeeping was conveniently unavailable, and we were advised to wake up early the next day for room cleaning. This was particularly inconvenient after a long flight and travel, as we were left without the opportunity to shower. While clean bedsheets were eventually provided, we were left to change them ourselves. The following day, despite the promised cleaning, the bathtub remained in an unsatisfactory state. Dried-up hairs and stains persisted, leading me to clean it personally. During the checkout process, I reminded the receptionist about the promised compensation. However, I was dishearteningly informed that the manager claimed there was nothing they could do, leaving us without any resolution. The cumulative effect of these issues made the three-night stay at Hotel Regum Residence not only uncomfortable but also remarkably stressful. The unfulfilled promises and lack of resolution added an unwelcome layer of disappointment to what should have been a relaxing stay.

Rooms are clean and hotel is well-located. However l, breakfast and service could be described as real disaster!!! Rather than offering buffet for breakfast , there are having a la carte menu (food is coming mostly cold and is pretty disgusting ). You also have to wait very long for order and stuff is really slow and confused. This should be considerably improved, in order the hotel could be described as 4* hotel !

Not a hotel, more 'business apartments' with no amenities. Not helpful at all, terrible breakfast options, and when you order in you're not allowed to use their cutlery. Edit* This "hotel" has been lowered to a 1* as I have just found out that the teaspoon in my room I used to eat my lunch (after not being allowed to use their cutlery) has just been returned to the coffee machine without even the slightest pretence of cleaning.
