Very nice and comfortable apartament. Fully equipped with fridge, cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Very close to the train station Praha Hlavní Nádraží. Very nice and quiet neighbourhood. Near the flat there is a large grocery shop Lidl and drugstore. Contactless check in/out. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning and the windows are quite problematic.

Nice place to stay, quite near to everything. Shops and restaurants just a few minutes away. Great appartments with a lot of space. Could get loud if young people are in the house as well. Hint: you should not be afraid of rats, which are visible regularly outside, as the former tenants have thrown their trash over the fence. (Video posted)

„+“ nice location, close to tram and bus and central train station, close to two lidl grocery stores, few coffee shops nearby, lovely view from the window. Small lift inside the building is available. „-„ the apartment was not clean enough - pans and cutlery was dirty, dishwasher was not working properly, lots of dust under the beds. Pillow and bed pillow were very uncomfortable. Strong smell of cigarettes inside the apartment. Parking (next to the entrance) is allowed only for residents, parking on Mrparkit is available only with prior reservation.

We reserved apartments in 2020, but we couldn't go because of the COVID regulations. The owner was okay with providing us a voucher we could use later, so we went for a weekend recently. We had 4 apartments, all looking towards the city, with great view. The apartments were mostly clear, some of the furniture needs a bit of repair. Cleaning was not provided and we had to buy kitchen towels and and rags for example. We were pretty loud during our stay, but nobody said a word.
