The rooms are perfect. The amenities were all provided , water bottles, clean towels, blankets and everything just clean and perfect. The breakfast in the morning is really the highlight, the staff is so nice, they made omelettes for us on request. And last but not the least, the view from each room is so pleasing to your eyes.

Great hotel completely new and with good rooms in size, style and comfort. Views are amazing since It is located in a high point 5 -10 min walking downside to the sulfur baths but keep in mind that the way back is upside and some roads look quite lonely and dark during the night (nevermind, área is safe to walk and you even have a police station 100m near by the hotel entrance) Staff is friendly and breakfast is just amazing (keep in mind how much food you really are going to eat since they Will being you everything you select from their options plus the standard buffet)

Everything was great till I was said that a small breakfast at 7:30 instead of 8:00 because I was checking out early wouldn't be possible. I stayed 2 nights and the night I checked in around 22:00 I asked for an early breakfast to take away. They said ok, a box can be prepared but please tell that to the colleagues the next day without specifying at what time. That's what I did around 18:00 the next day. But they said the cook left so they will check the next morning at 7:00. After checking it the next morning, I was denied the breakfast that was included in 2 days rate I paid through booking, because "the ingredients to make it will only be ready for 8:00" and not 7:30. Not even a coffee or sandwich proposed, it takes 5 minutes, no prior preparation needed. In every hotel around the world that I've been to an early breakfast was possible, apparently Georgia or this hotel is an exception. Except from that the hotel is very nice, probably do not take a rate with food included because probably that will be money thrown away. Work on a better customer service please. I have a full day of travel and will arrive only at 21:00 at home, I wasn't even able to buy something before my shuttle because eveything is closed at 7:00. I would have made other arrangements in advance.

I understand Kartuli style, but they are especially out of global standards. I was informed that breakfast costs 30, but the hotel charged 40 when I checked-out and told me they changed the price 5 days ago that I need to pay 40...so funny I know the staffs have warm heart but they need to be trained more. The quality of room and food was better than the average in Tbilisi.
