Antonio is the perfect host. So helpful, generous and kind. He helped us solve problems and gave us great advice. The apartment is perfect with everything you could want. Even a clothes washing machine. And all the espresso you want.

Highly recommended. The 1-room apartment, with fully equipped kitchen. Very clean, well maintained, quiet. The manager is very helpful and friendly. The space is perfect for 2 people (maybe less suitable for group of 3 or more). Super-strategic location - near the port, near the metro, near the bus stop from/to the airport. Easy walking to Piazza del Plebiscito, Royal Palace of Naples, Galleria Umberto I. A lot of eating options nearby (and also the supermarket is near, if you want to cook your dish yourself). As a bonus - a stunning view of Vesuvio from the side window!

We arrived quite a bit before check in and found that we had to wait a while before getting into the room. The elevators are a €0.10 cent fee for every lift during the day on weekdays. But Relais provided some change for the cost. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. A small kitchenette, fridge available. View of the harbour was nice. Great location

1. Very good and helpfull Staff. 2. Exellent position, between Molo Beverello and Castel Nuovo, just few minutes walk to Centro Storico, Theatre San Carlo, Galeria Umberto, Piazza Plebiscito, Palazzo Reale, Castle Ovo and Cafe Gambrinus 3. Nice, clean, quaiet place to stay at Napoli and also very safe! Very good airconditioning. The facielities are in Modern and very good standard, high level of kitchen and beatifull bathroom. 4. We stayed here for one day and had mixed feelings. On one hand the room itself was nice. Clean, had a small kitchen and even a washer. Small TV, nice internet speed and a good bathroom. On the other hand, the building is a mess. First of all, good luck finding it. A small green door (inside another big green door) with virtually no markings whatsoever. Once you enter, get 10 cents ready because the elevator needs money to operate. Yeah, exactly. That is *after* you spend many minutes figuring out which floor you must go to. Once you do arrive the very warm fellow at the reception will explain everything, but sometimes it is hard to reach folks. You will even find a tray of 10 cent coins to operate the elevator with. He will then give you a set of keys because you will need them for: your room, the reception door and finally the green door. Ahhh, Naples, we do not miss it.
